All data is structured cleanly to execute matching workflows, deliver real-time application notifications, and process platform metrics. Sensitive password assets are fully hashed using modern verification mechanisms (such as password_verify algorithms) prior to storage.

3. Information Sharing & Third Parties

Your data is strictly restricted. Candidate profiles and resumes are explicitly shared with Recruiters only when an active application is triggered. We do not sell or lease user information to unvetted external marketing networks.

4. User Rights and Data Erasure

Users maintain permanent rights to review, edit, or command the absolute erasure of their personal accounts and asset attachments from our database layers at any time through their central dashboard panel.
