1. User Eligibility and Credentials

Users must provide accurate, verified information. You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials. Any exploit or unauthorized login stemming from credential mismanagement falls under user liability.

2. Acceptable Platform Use

The platform must be used solely for legitimate hiring and job application processes. Forbidden behaviors include:

• Deploying malicious code, scrapers, or automated harvesting models.
• Publishing fraudulent or unvetted job advertisements.
• Spamming candidate pipelines or processing unapproved data transfers.

3. Intellectual Property

All software architecture, front-end layout styling, branding marks, layout schemes, and proprietary workflows are the exclusive property of JobsMirai and its stakeholders.

4. Limitation of Liability

JobsMirai acts as an optimization hub and interface layer. We do not assume liability for external hiring choices, candidate background veracity, or individual employment outcomes.
